Yes. CINTAP Cloud and CINTAP Orbit are the same platform at different stages. CINTAP Cloud went live with its first customer in 2021, and in 2026 the platform became CINTAP Orbit and added AI agents that work with your team. Customers moved forward with each release on the same service.

Customers and experience
Who runs on CINTAP today, and the integration work behind the platform.
Who uses CINTAP Orbit?
Logistics providers, 3PLs, warehouses, manufacturers, distributors and consumer brands in North America and the Middle East. Other industries are served too.
Which companies run on CINTAP today?
Featured customers include ProTrans, Rhenus Logistics, Patterson Warehouses, Staci Americas, TydenBrooks, Power Solutions International, Stoughton Trailers, Union Supply Group, Cuddly, Universal Electronics, 3T Brands and Emirates Global Aluminium. This is a selection, not the full list.
Are my trading partners already connected?
They may be. Our customers already exchange orders, shipment updates and invoices through CINTAP with carriers, distributors, manufacturers and retailers such as FedEx, UPS, J.B. Hunt, Union Pacific, Grainger, Uline, Wesco and CVS Health. When a partner is already connected, onboarding often starts from a known setup. These are our customers' business relationships, and the names do not mean those companies endorse CINTAP.
Do you have customers outside North America?
Yes. Emirates Global Aluminium in Abu Dhabi, the biggest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas, has run on CINTAP for 3 years. It uses CINTAP to automate its logistics processes, supported from Dubai and Hyderabad.
Has CINTAP won any awards?
Logistics Tech Outlook named CINTAP a Top 3PL Tech Solutions Provider in 2023 and in 2024. CINTAP also won a Bronze Stevie Award for Technology Excellence in 2024.
What integration experience does your team have?
Adroitco's integration practice has delivered enterprise projects since 2010 across the major integration platforms, for clients that include Fortune 500 companies. That work showed the team the gaps those tools still leave for customers, and CINTAP Orbit was built to close them.
Hosting and architecture
Where the platform runs, how each customer is kept apart, and what happens when something fails.
Where is CINTAP Orbit hosted?
On Amazon Web Services. CINTAP runs, patches, monitors and backs up the service for you, so you do not host anything.
What does multi-tenant mean for my data?
Many customers use the same platform, and each customer (a tenant) has its own users, settings and data. Every request carries its tenant identity, and it is checked at every service and every place data is stored. Your data has its own database schema or partition, its own storage area, its own queues and dead-letter queues, and its own audit and usage records.
How do we connect to the platform?
Over the internet with encrypted HTTPS, AS2 and SFTP. If you need it, you can also connect privately through a site-to-site VPN, a dedicated link or private connectivity.
What happens if a data center goes down?
The services run at the same time in three availability zones behind active/active load balancers. An availability zone is a separate data center with its own power and network, so if one fails, the others keep serving. A standby environment in a second region also receives replicated data and configuration, with the same tenant separation.
Can another customer slow down my integrations?
The platform uses quotas, admission control, rate limits, fair queues and circuit breakers so one tenant cannot slow down others. Your plan sets your entitlements, such as requests per second, concurrent jobs, pages processed per hour, MFT sessions, storage and data retention. Large tenants can agree an isolated worker pool or a dedicated service tier in the contract.
Can you restore just our data?
Yes. Backups are taken on a schedule and kept by tenant, so one tenant's data can be restored without affecting other customers.
How are software releases controlled?
Code is kept in CINTAP's internal repositories. Automated builds and tests run on every change, each release is signed so only approved releases can run, and the signed, unchangeable releases are then deployed. Source code is not shared with customers.
Security and compliance
Audit reports, encryption, sign-in, staff access and how the AI features treat your data.
Does CINTAP have SOC reports?
Yes. CINTAP has SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports from an independent audit. SOC reports are audits of a service provider's controls, based on standards set by the AICPA, the US body for certified public accountants.
What is the difference between SOC 1 and SOC 2?
SOC 1 covers the controls at CINTAP that can affect your financial reporting. Orders, invoices and payment data pass through integrations, so your finance and audit teams can use it in their own audits. SOC 2 covers the controls that protect the systems holding and processing your data, based on the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. It shows how we control access, changes, monitoring and incident response.
Is my data encrypted?
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS between you and the service, between services, and to every data store. Partner and system connections use encrypted protocols such as HTTPS, AS2, SFTP and FTPS. Passwords, keys and certificates are held in a managed secrets service with per-tenant policies.
How do our people sign in?
Through your own identity provider, with your own multi-factor sign-in. Users sign in once through CINTAP Hub, and each user sees only the apps and data their role allows. Your team adds and removes users.
Can CINTAP staff see our data?
Databases and management tools are not reachable from the internet. CINTAP staff get access only when a task needs it, and only for that task. This is known as just-in-time access.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Transactions and changes are recorded per tenant, so your team can see what happened, when, and who approved it. You can export your tenant's audit records.
How do the AI features handle our data?
AI features call only CINTAP-approved model endpoints, and running integrations do not depend on them. AI agents work with your team, and your team approves every change. The Agent Gateway gives outside AI tools limited, revocable access, with changes allowed only in a test area.
Working with CINTAP
Who does what, the steps to go live, getting help, and leaving.
What does CINTAP handle, and what do we handle?
CINTAP runs the platform and the tenant separation, security controls and patching, monitoring and incident response, backups and restore, signed releases, metering, support and the SLA. Amazon Web Services runs the data centers, hardware and network backbone. Your team controls your identity provider, your users, business settings, trading partner relationships, source and target systems, how your data is classified and kept, testing and approvals, and your incident contacts.
What are the steps from first call to go-live?
We review your needs, risks and fit. Then we set up your tenant, connect single sign-on, network and integrations, configure business settings and migrate data, and test isolation and performance. Your team runs user acceptance and approves go-live. After that we operate the service, measure usage, apply updates and review capacity with you.
What comes with the service after go-live?
The service SLA, release notices, tenant audit export, monthly service reviews, and privacy and compliance evidence.
Who do we contact when we need help?
Your account has a named account owner and a named executive sponsor. Muddassir Ahmed, Director of Operations, leads delivery and customer support. You can also reach us at customercare@cintap.com or +1 (833) 417 0064.
What happens to our data if we leave?
We export your data, remove all access and securely delete your data on the agreed schedule, as set out in your contract.
Can we see it work before we decide?
Yes. In a live session, we run your own documents through the platform while you watch, and answer your questions.
Plans and pricing
How plans are priced and what the trial includes.
How is my plan priced?
Pricing depends on the plan, the modules you use, the capacity you need, and your support level. Talk to our sales team about your workflows, trading partners, and expected volumes, and we will send you a quote.
What is included in the free trial?
Approved teams get a 14-day trial of Orbit BPI, Orbit IDP, and SecureFlow MFT with trial allowances in a sandbox. Build workflows, test partner connections, and try MAPR AI on your own use case. No credit card is required. Access is by request, and our team confirms the trial details when your request is approved.
Does Essentials include every module?
No. Essentials includes process flows plus one module you choose, with allowances for that module. Professional and Enterprise include all platform modules. Your quote lists the capabilities and capacity in your plan.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Usage above your plan's included allowances may be charged as overage. Our team can explain the rates and help you compare extra capacity with a higher plan.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually. Contact sales for annual terms and any annual discount.
Can I build integrations without AI?
Yes. You can configure connections, create mappings, and assemble workflows yourself in Orbit BPI, and use Orbit's AI agents only where they help.
